Knowing Jesus should change the way we live.

Jesus said, “as the Father has sent me, so I send you.” Therefore, each of us is part of a bigger mission, we exist for something greater than ourselves. We have been invited by Jesus to join his mission: to make disciples of all nations. In other words, you were created to be a Difference Maker.

A Difference Maker…

Submits to Jesus
A Difference Maker submits to Jesus' leadership in every area of life, acknowledging His supreme authority. In Matthew 28, Jesus declares, "all authority in heaven has been given to me," and by following Him, we partner with the one who has the power to accomplish His mission. This partnership requires us to surrender our three greatest resources: Time, by investing it in others; Treasure, by stewarding our resources to make God's name great; and Talent, by using our unique skills to serve others and reflect God's kingdom.

Acts courageously
A Difference Maker acts courageously by joining God’s work in our own backyard and all around the world. The very nature of a mission is action oriented. Jesus said, “As the father has sent me, so I send you.” Where is God sending you? Who are you praying for? What is your next step?

Shares their story
A Difference Maker shares what God is doing in your life with others and invites them to participate. We all have a story to tell. The most natural way to talk about God is through your personal experience. What is your story? Who is the main character of your story? How can your story encourage others to join the mission of Jesus?
